MaumCalc Terms of Service

These terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in using the website and related services provided by MaumCalc.

1. "Service" refers to all online calculators and analysis tools provided by MaumCalc. 2. "User" refers to members and non-members who receive the service. 3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member. 4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the service without registration.

These terms become effective upon posting. The Company may amend these terms within the scope not violating relevant laws. Changes will be notified 7 days in advance.

The Company provides calculators, AI analysis, and result storage services. Service contents may change with prior notice.

Service may be suspended due to maintenance, failure, or force majeure. Notice will be provided without delay.

Users apply for membership by agreeing to the terms and providing information. Registration is accepted unless false information is provided.

Users must not register false information, steal others' info, disrupt service, or use it for commercial purposes.

Basic services are free. Premium features may serve with fees, notified in advance.

The Company protects personal information according to laws and privacy policy, and does not provide it to third parties without consent.

The Company strives to provide stable service, establish security systems, and handle user complaints properly.

Calculation results are for reference only. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by errors. Consult experts for important decisions.

The Company is not responsible for service failures due to force majeure, or the reliability of information displayed.

Disputes are subject to the laws of the Republic of Korea and the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
